| 4 | Bay leaves; crumbled | |

| 375 | grams | Button mushrooms; sliced (12oz) |

Directions
Heat the oil in a saucepan over a low heat and add the lemon juice, bay leaves and chilli powder. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes, taking care not to overcook.
Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
