Til-walli kumbhi (mushrooms sauteed in sesame oil)

3 tablespoons Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice; to taste (2 to 4)
4 Bay leaves; crumbled
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
375 grams Button mushrooms; sliced (12oz)
Salt

Directions

Heat the oil in a saucepan over a low heat and add the lemon juice, bay leaves and chilli powder. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes, taking care not to overcook.

Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
