Tofu chive sour cream

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Soft tofu
¼ pounds Firm tofu
½ Lemon; juice of
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Vinegar; (to 1 1/2 tsp)
Salt to taste
Minced chives to taste

Directions

In a food processor, puree tofu until smooth and creamy. With motor running, drizzle in lemon juice and oil, a little at a time. Stir in vinegar, salt, and chives. Refrigerate for about 6 hours to mellow and blend flavors.
