Tofu chive sour cream

Ingredients

½ | pounds | Soft tofu |
¼ | pounds | Firm tofu |
½ | Lemon; juice of | |
1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
1 | teaspoon | Vinegar; (to 1 1/2 tsp) |
Salt to taste | ||
Minced chives to taste |
Directions
In a food processor, puree tofu until smooth and creamy. With motor running, drizzle in lemon juice and oil, a little at a time. Stir in vinegar, salt, and chives. Refrigerate for about 6 hours to mellow and blend flavors.
