Tomato salsa (herb thymes)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Tomatoes
¼ Capsicum
1 small Onion
3 Fresh basil leaves; or 4
Fresh parsley
½ Chilli; de-seeded

Directions

Finely chop all ingredients, and combine in a small bowl.

Serves 2. Approx 45 Cal or 189 Kj per serve.
