1 cup Fat-free cottage cheese
½ cup Low-fat Swiss cheese --
Shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
2 tablespoons Skim milk
teaspoon Dill weed
teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Carrots -- shredded
¼ cup Unsalted sunflower seeds --

Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine cheeses, milk, dill and pepper. Process until smooth. Stir in carrots. Cover and chill. Just before serving, stir in the sunflower seeds if desired. Yield: 1-¾ cups.
