Triple meat loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef; lean
1 pounds Ground pork
1 pounds Ground veal
3 slices Bread; torn in small pieces
1 teaspoon Sage, ground
1 pack Soup mix, onion
1 pack Soup mix, cream of mushroom
1 small Green pepper; chopped
1 large Celery stalk; thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Steak sauce
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Sour cream
8 ounces Tomato sauce
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 Egg; beaten

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place mixture in a 13x9x2" baking pan, and shape into a 12x6" loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-½ hours or until done.
