Tsuke-jiru dipping sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Mirin (sweet rice vinegar)
¼ cup Low sodium soy sauce
1 cup Dashi (japanese soup stock)
¼ cup Katsuobushi (dried bonita shavings)

Directions

Combine ingredients, bring to a boil. Strain through fine sieve. Cool to room temperature.
