Tsuke-jiru dipping sauce

| 2 | tablespoons | Mirin (sweet rice vinegar) |
| ¼ | cup | Low sodium soy sauce |
| 1 | cup | Dashi (japanese soup stock) |
| ¼ | cup | Katsuobushi (dried bonita shavings) |
Directions
Combine ingredients, bring to a boil. Strain through fine sieve. Cool to room temperature.
