Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground turkey breast
1 large Onion, chopped
2 cups Bread crumbs
2 Egg whites, beaten
½ cup Skim milk
1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
1 cup Green pepper, finely chopped
1 can Tomato sauce
2 cloves Garlic
2 teaspoons Thyme
1 teaspoon Sage
dash Cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix all together and press into a loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 60-75 minutes. Serves 8
