2 | Egg whites, beaten | |
½ | cup | Skim milk |
1 | cup | Carrots, finely chopped |
1 | cup | Green pepper, finely chopped |
1 | can | Tomato sauce |
2 | cloves | Garlic |
2 | teaspoons | Thyme |
1 | teaspoon | Sage |
dash | Cayenne pepper |
Directions
Mix all together and press into a loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 60-75 minutes. Serves 8
