Western meat balls and franks

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground Beef
1 Egg, slightly beaten
¼ cup Bread Crumbs, dry
1 medium Onion, grated
1 tablespoon Salt
¾ cup Chili Sauce
¼ cup Grape Jelly
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 cup Frankfurters *1

Directions

*1 cut diagonally in ½ inch slices Combine beef, egg, crumbs, onion and salt. Shape into small balls. Combine in chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice and water in a large skillet. Heat; add meat balls and simmer until meat cooks through.

Just before serving add franks and heat through.
