Wine basted red potatoes <r t>

1 tablespoon Olive Oil, *Note
3 pounds Red Potatoes, Small Ones, Quarter
5 Cloves Garlic, Sliced
1 tablespoon Minced Fresh Rosemary, Or 1 T Dried Rosemary
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup White Wine

Directions

*NOTE: Original recipe used 1½ T olive oil In skillet, cook first five ingredients in hot oil over med heat, stirring 5 min. Add wine, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 - 15 min or until tender.
