Witmor farms peaches and cream mold

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (29 Oz) Peaches, Sliced -- drained
1 cup Syrup From Peaches
1 pack (3 Oz) Lemon Gelatin
cup Cottage Cheese, Cream Style
½ cup Chopped Pecans
½ cup Whipping Cream

Directions

Drain peaches and heat syrup to boiling. Add gelatin and cool until mixture is slightly thicker than unbeaten egg white. Stir in peaches, cottage cheese and pecans. Whip cream and fold into gelatin mixture.

Pour into a 1-qt mold and allow to chill. Turn out to serve on buffet. Makes 8 servings.
