Wreath of rice

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Rice |
| 3 | cans | Beef consomme |
| 2 | Soup cans water | |
| 8 | Green onions; chopped | |
| 1 | large | Can mushrooms |
| 1 | Stick butter; melted | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients; spoon into greased 3-quart ring mold. Cover with foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes.
