Zesty salmon spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Salmon; cooked and flaked
2 Celery stalks; with leaves, finely diced
½ small Onion; finely diced
cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Dill weed
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon French Mustard OR
1 teaspoon Horseradish
1 dash Tabasco sauce OR
1 dash Louisiana Hot sauce

Directions

Mix Salmon, onions and celery in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix. Chill mixture thoroughly. Serve in scoops on a lettuce leaf or on canape crackers. Also makes an excellent filling for salmon sandwiches or croissant.
