Black eyed beans with basil sambuca dressing

2 | tablespoons | Sambuca liqueur |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh basil, chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Black pepper ---------SALAD------------ |
2 | cups | Cooked black eyed peas |
½ | each | White onion, chopped |
½ | each | Red bell pepper, diced |
¼ | cup | Chopped fresh basil |
Directions
Combine ingredients for dressing. Mix with sald ingredients & rest at least half an hour before serving. Season if desired.
