cup All purpose flour
cup Sugar
teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Blueberries
¾ cup Whole milk
1 Egg
cup Butter; melted

From: Joel.Ehrlich@... (Joel Ehrlich) Date: 19 Jun 1995 20:00:13 -0400 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease the 2-½" muffin cups. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the blueberries. Add the milk, egg and butter. Mix just until the dry ingredients are moistened (the batter should be lumpy - do not overbeat).

Spoon into the muffin cups. Bake until the tops spring back when lightly touched (about 25 minutes). Serve warm.
