Chicken with blue-cheese sauce

Breast halves (about 1lb)
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
¼ cup Finely chopped baked ham
cup Chicken broth
cup Blue-cheese dressing
¼ cup Chopped walnuts; lightly
Toasted
Chopped parsley; for garnish

Directions

Pound breast halves to ¼-inch thickness. Season lightly with salt and pep Melt butter in large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until bubbly Add chopped ham to skillet and cook 1 minute or until browned. Add chicken and parsley, if desired.

Tip: To toast chopped nuts, place in small skillet. Cook over medium heat, Remove from heat and cool.
