Chinese three bean salad*

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Rice vinegar
2 tablespoons WESSON oil
tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon LA CHOY soy sauce
1 cup LA CHOY chop suey vegetables
Drained (28 oz)
1 can Cut green beans, drained
(14 1/2 oz)
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 can Garbanzo beans, drained
(8 3/4 oz)
1 cup Canned red kidney beans
½ cup Slice green onion (optional)

Directions

DRESSING

SALAD

In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Set aside. In large bowl, combine salad ingredients. Add dressing: toss gently to coat. Cover: chill 2 hours before serving.
