Creamy blue cheese and onion dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Sour cream
2 tablespoons Dry onion soup mix
½ cup Blue cheese; crumbled
1 tablespoon Milk
Assorted vegetables

Directions

1. Stir together sour cream and soup mix. 2. Add blue cheese and mix well.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If too thick, stir in addtional milk.

4. Serve with assorted vegetables for dippers.

Notes: Yields 1¾ cups
