Creamy tofu dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Firm tofu; (bean curd) sliced
1 large Garlic clove; minced
2 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce;
1 Lemon; juice with plup
¼ teaspoon Dried leaf oregano;
¼ teaspoon Dried leaf marjoram;
3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar;
3 Green onions; chopped
¼ cup Water; about

Directions

Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistencey. Process until smooth.
