Easy zesty italian potatoes w/veggies

½ | cup | Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing |
1 | tablespoon | Butter |
1½ | cup | Tomato sauce* |

Directions
Cut potatoes into 1 inch chunks. Cut celery, carrots and onions into chunks. Place in a baking dish. Pour dressing over top add salt and pepper and butter. Make sure there is enough dressing to cover the bottom of the dish. Stir. Bake in 350øF oven for about 1½ hours.
Stir around about every 10 - 20 minutes. After cooking for approx. 50 minutes add tomato sauce. Stir and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. *You can add whatever vegetables you want and can also leave out the tomato sauce if desired. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@...
