½ cup Dry red wine
2 Onions, chop
2 larges Red bell peppers, chop
6 ounces Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic, mince
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
¼ teaspoon Cumin

Directions
