Gardem scramble - butter busters ^

Ingredients

1 cup Egg Beaters
teaspoon Black pepper
teaspoon Marjoram leaves
¼ cup Finely chopped celery
¼ cup Finely chopped red pepper
¼ cup Finely chopped green pepper
1 each Tb fatfree chicken broth
1 cup Grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
2 eaches Sl white or whole wheat bread, toasted
Nonfat cooking spray
1 each Tb chopped chives

Directions

In a bowl, combine Egg Beaters, pepper and marjoram; set aside. In a nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, over medium heat, cook celery, red and green peppers and chives in chicken broth until tender. Add Egg Beaters and grated cheese to mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until set. Serve immediately over toast halves if desired or plain. Per serving: 181 cal., 0g fat (0%), 20mg chol., 4g fiber, 30g pro., 12g carb., 774mg sod.
