Garlic bean salad

¾ | cup | Parsley, chopped |
½ | cup | Green Onion, chopped |
1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
6 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
4 | tablespoons | Cider Vinegar |
Salt | ||
Ground Pepper |
Directions
Put drained beans in a glass or ceramic bowl; mix in parsley, onion, garlic, oil, vinegar and seasonings. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
