Garlic bean salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
45 ounces Cannellini or Green Beans,
Drained
¾ cup Parsley, chopped
½ cup Green Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
6 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
Salt
Ground Pepper

Directions

Put drained beans in a glass or ceramic bowl; mix in parsley, onion, garlic, oil, vinegar and seasonings. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
