Gourmandise w/ pine nuts

¼ cup Butter
2 cups Shelled pine nut
8 Wedges gourmandise cheese

Directions

Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pine nuts and saute until golden. Remove from heat.

Arrange cheese on individual plates and top with sauteed pine nuts.
