1 pounds Uncooked rice
¼ cup Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Lemon; juice of
3 teaspoons Sour orange sauce
¼ Sliced yellow onion
¼ Sliced green bell pepper
¼ Sliced red bell pepper

Directions

Directions: Preheat a medium sized pot and fry the rice, onions, red and green peppers with the oil for approximately 30 seconds. Add 3 cups of hot water to the rice mixture, along with the sour orange marinating sauce, salt, and lemon juice. Fold the rice inwards once all of the water has evaporated. Cover the pan with a lid. Turn off heat after 1 minute.
