Grandma's rice casserole

Directions
In medium bowl beat egg. Add rest and mix. Grease 1½ quart casserole baking dish. Spoon in mix. Smooth top. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6. Microwave: Save sprinkle Cheddar.
Bake 8 minutes. Stir, rotate and sprinkle. Bake 5 minutes.
