Green beans in wine sauce

4 | cups | Green beans, cooked |
3 | slices | Bacon -- diced |
1 | medium | Onion -- sliced |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Cornstarch |
3 | tablespoons | Tarragon vinegar |
½ | cup | Sherry |
Directions
Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans; serve.
