Ham, egg and cheese casserole

Ingredients

5 | cups | Plain bread cubes or crouton |
1 | pounds | Ham; chopped* |
2 | cups | Cheddar cheese; cubed small* |
4 | cups | Milk ** |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper** |
6 | Eggs** | |
⅓ | cup | Corn oil** |
1 | teaspoon | Salt** |
1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard** |
⅓ | C flour** |
Directions
* Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. ** Pour this mixture over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 for 1½ hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
