Ham and cheese pasta casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Cooked pasta
1 cup Cooked ham; cubed
2 mediums Leeks, sauteed in butter; sliced thin
1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach; thawed and drained
1 4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces; drained
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
4 ounces Swiss cheese; grated
Salt & pepper; to taste
Seasoned bread crumbs
Cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix well all ingredients *except* bread crumbs; turn into prepared 1½ qt. casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and bake ~30 minutes.
