Ham and cheese pasta casserole

Ingredients

2 | cups | Cooked pasta |
1 | cup | Cooked ham; cubed |
2 | mediums | Leeks, sauteed in butter; sliced thin |
1 | 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach; thawed and drained | |
1 | 4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces; drained | |
1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
4 | ounces | Swiss cheese; grated |
Salt & pepper; to taste | ||
Seasoned bread crumbs | ||
Cooking spray |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix well all ingredients *except* bread crumbs; turn into prepared 1½ qt. casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and bake ~30 minutes.
