Harvest ham balls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg, beaten
½ cup Soft bread crumbs
½ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
teaspoon Ground cloves
1 pounds Ground, cooked ham
8 Canned peach halves
Celery tops or parsley

Directions

Mix egg, crumbs, milk, sugar, cloves and ham; shape into 8 balls.

Drain peaches, place in baking dish, and place a ball in each. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Garnish with celery tops. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-28-95
