Hash brown casserole or baked potatoes super

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Frozen hash brown potatoes; thawed
½ pint Sour cream
1 can Cream of chicken soup
8 ounces Shredded cheddar cheese
1 small Onion; chopped
2 Green onions; chopped (up to 3)

Directions

Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients and bake in 9X13 baking dish at 350 for 1 hour. Top will be golden brown.
