Lemon-pineapple sherbet (m_c-tx)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Pineapple juice (or crushed pineapple)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice (2 is better)
1 teaspoon Lemon rind grated
1 pint Milk

Directions

Mix and freeze. If freezing in refrigerator, stir several times. This is simple but very good.
