1 can Condensed cream of mushroom
Soup
cup Plain low fat yogurt
1 tablespoon Dry white wine
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms,
Drained
Paprika

Directions

Place meat in a microwave safe 12 x 7½ x 2" baking dish.Cover with clear plastic wrap;vent by leaving a small area unsealed at edge of dish.Micro cook on 100% (HIGH) for 6 to 8 minutes or until done,turning the meat and rearranging once.Let meat stand,covered,while preparing sauce. For sauce,in a 2 cup microwave safe measure cup,stir the soup,yogurt, and wine.Stir in mushrooms.Cook,uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through,stirring once.Transfer the meat to a serving platter. Pour the sauce over.Sprinkle with paprika,if desired.Makes 6 servings.
