Lu's red onion salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Red onion; finely chopped
1 medium Tomato; finely chopped
4 Green onions; chopped
4 Cloves garlic; minced
¼ cup Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
¼ teaspoon Cayenne
Tortilla chips

Directions

Mix all ingredients except tortilla chips iin a glass or plastic bowl.

Cover and refridgerate at least 3 hours but not longer than 2 days. Makes about 2 cups of salsa
