Mango habanero onion salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Ripe mangos (up to 3)
1 Habaneros; depending on tolerance (up to 4)
2 Cloves elephant garlic
½ small Walla Walla Sweet
Whatever else looks tasty at the time

Directions

Throw it all into a blender and whirl it up. Add fruit juice to thin, if nec.

Slather it all over a fillet of salmon/steelhead and flop the fillet skin side down on a low to medium grill. Make a little tinfoil tent over the fish, then grill till 'not quite done'. By the time you serve it, it will be.
