Mango salsa #2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Ripe mangos; peeled and chopped
1 medium Red onion; chopped
¼ cup Fresh cilantro leaves (up to)
4 Fresh Jalepenos; chopped
1 Lime; juice of (about 2 tbs)
1 Lime; grated rind of
1 dash Salt

Directions

Mix together and let chill for at least an hour! (this was hard to do, as we could hardly stop eating it!) We served it with chips and margaritas, but it used up the last of our fresh jalepenos from the garden. ): George McTyre <mctyreg@...>
