Maple glazed ham steak

Ingredients

1 | Fully cooked ham steak (1 to 1-1/2 inches thick) | |
Powdered cloves | ||
⅓ | cup | Maple-flavored syrup |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | tablespoon | Butter; melted |
8 | California dried figs halved | |
2 | Bananas; peeled & quartered |
Directions
Slash edges of ham. Sprinkle with cloves. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes. Arrange figs and bananas in pan around ham. Brush with combination of maple syrup, lemon juice and bananas. Heat an additional 15 minutes; brush again with sauce.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
