Meat loaf with a middle

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Chopped meat |
1 | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
1 | teaspoon | Mustard |
½ | cup | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
1 | small | Tomato; sliced thinly |
Directions
Place meat in bowl. Add salt and poultry seasoning and mix well.
Divide meat into 2 parts. Shape each into an oval and place on waxed paper. Spread mustard on each oval. Place cheese and tomato on one oval of meat. Place rest of meat on top and press edges together to seal. Broil for 15 minutes on 1 side and 10 minutes on the other until done.
