Mozzarella and sun-dried tomato bread abm

Ingredients

teaspoon Yeast
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
cup Flour, bread
tablespoon Sugar
½ tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons Olive oil
cup Water; warm
½ cup Mozzarella, shredded
½ cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Directions

Drain tomatoes well, reserving oil to use in bread. Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Pour all ingredients into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at eleven o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

Tested in DAK 1-½ lb R2D2 bread machine. Sylvia's comment: Nutritional information per slice: 67 cal, 1 gm fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 147 mg sodium, 19% calories from fat.
