½ | cup | Dry mustard |
1 | cup | Consomm or beef bouillon |
½ | cup | Vinegar |
3 | Eggs; beaten |
Directions
Blend dry ingredients. Add liquids. Cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly. Yield: 2 cups.
