Baked ham with mustard sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Fully cooked bone-in ham
1 cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Dijon mustard or other
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar

Directions

Place ham on rack, fat side up in roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer, not by bone. Bake uncovered, 325 F, 18-20 mins per lb. 30 mins before ham is done, remove from oven. Score in a cross-cross fashion, ⅛" in and 1" apart. Glaze ham. Bake an additional 30 mins.
