Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Bacon drippings
2 cups Onion, chopped
2 mediums Sized green peppers, seeded
And chopped
¼ pounds Mushrooms, thinly sliced
¾ pounds Ground round
1 teaspoon Bulk sausage spice
1 teaspoon Chili powder
¾ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 pounds Can of tomatoes
¼ pounds Elbow macaroni, cook & drain
¼ pounds Bulk sausage

Directions

Heat bacon drippings in a large kettle or Dutch oven. Add onions and green peppers, stir fry until tender. Add mushrooms and stir fry 5 minutes; add beef and sausage; stir fry, breaking up clumps with a spoon, until meat is no longer pink, stir in chili powder, salt and pepper.
