Nogales steak marinade

Ingredients

6 | Cloves garlic mashed with | |
1 | teaspoon | Kosher salt |
¾ | cup | Fresh sour orange juice or |
¼ | cup | Fresh orange juice; and |
½ | cup | Fresh lime juice |
2 | tablespoons | Tequila |
2 | tablespoons | Ground chile peppers |
1 | cup | Fresh cilantro; chopped |
1½ | teaspoon | Mexican oregano |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Black pepper |
¼ | cup | Olive oil |
Directions
For 3 lbs of meat. Whisk together all ingredients. Puncture meatall over with fork. Refrigerate overnight turining occasionally. Grill 6-8 minutes per side for med rare. Serve with salsa, guacamole, and pickled red onions.
