Pasta with meat sauce

Ingredients

7 ounces Box of baby macaroni shells
1 pounds Ground beef
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Onion, chopped
½ cup Dry red wine
1 can Tomatoes, 1 lb. 13 oz.
6 ounces Can of tomato paste
½ cup Chopped parsley
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Dry basil
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Brown meat, onion and garlic together. Add wine, tomatoes, water and paste. Add chopped parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce over cooked baby shells and top with cheese. We prepare the sauce the day before and keep it in the fridge until ready to use. Heat well before serving.
