Peach glazed pork chops

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
ounce Peach slices; undrained
1 cup Hot water
6 ounces Stove Top Stuffing for Pork
¼ cup Margarine; in pieces
6 Pork chops; 1/2\" thick
cup Peach or apricot preserves
1 tablespoon Mustard, dijon

Directions

Heat oven to 375. Drain peaches, reserving liquid. Add water to syrup to measure 1½ cups. Mix syrup mixture, contents of seasoning packet and margarine in large bowl until margarine is melted. Stir in stuffing crumbs and peaches. Let stand 5 minutes.

Spoon stuffing into 13 x 9 baking pan. Arrange chops over stuffing.
