Raisin sauce for ham or cabbage rolls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Vinegar
½ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ tablespoon Flour
¼ cup Sherry
cup Water
½ cup Seedless raisins

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, add vinegar and water. Stir in raisins which have been standing in cold water for about 20 minutes. Cook until syrupy, add sherry. May be served hot of cold.
