Red new potatoes with fresh chives

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Red potaotes; small
(scrubbed)
3 cups Vegetable broth
1 Clove garlic; peeled
1 Bay leaf
cup Mined fresh chives
1 dash Salt
1 dash Freshly ground pepper

Directions

Combine the potatoes, borth, garlic and bay leaf in a large saucepan and bring toa boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 mintues, or until potaotes are tender. Add chives, then drain potatoes in a strainer. Place potatoes and chives in a serving bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Makes 4 servings.
