1 | tablespoon | Yellow Cornmeal |
4 | Eggs -- unbeaten | |
½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
¼ | cup | Butter -- melted |
¼ | cup | Milk |
4 | tablespoons | Lemon Juice |
1 | 9 Inch Pie Shell -- unbaked |
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and stir in eggs, vanilla, butter, milk and lemon juice. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake for 35 to 40 mins in preheated 350 F oven. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
