Skewered beef bundles

1 | pounds | Beef, round tip steak, one |

½ | pounds | Beans, green, fresh |
4 | larges | Carrots, cut into 3 inch |
Long sticks | ||
2 | tablespoons | Margarine, melted |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, and ginger.
Cut steak into thin strips, cover, marinade meat in soy sauce mixture for 2 to 3 hours at room temperature, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook beans and carrots seperately in boiling water (salted) til barely tender, drain well and cool. Wrap half the meat strips around bundles of 4 beans, repeat with remainig meat and carrot sticks. Secure with wooden picks. Thread bundles on 2 parallel skewers. Brush with melted margarine. Grill over medium coals about 4 minutes. Turn and grill for 3 to 4 minutes more, brushing with melted butter once or twice during cooking.
