⅓ | cup | Sliced scallions |
⅓ | cup | Parsley sprigs |
½ | Small clove garlic | |
1 | teaspoon | Wine vinegar or lemon juice |
Directions
In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover; chill. Serve with cut-up vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
