Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise
cup Sliced scallions
cup Parsley sprigs
½ Small clove garlic
1 teaspoon Wine vinegar or lemon juice

Directions

In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover; chill. Serve with cut-up vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
