Sprouting dill seeds

1 | each | Prepared tray |
¼ | cup | Dill seeds |
Water to 3 times seeds |
Directions
Use ¼ cup in a quart jar, or tray sprout which will yield about 2 cups of sprouts. Soak for 8 hours.
Rinse 3 times daily for 3 to 5 days. Move into sunlight to green.
Harvest when sprouts are 1 to 1-½ inches long. Use in salads, sandwiches, and juices.
